SoftTec GmbH welcomes three new trainees for the start of training in 2022. Thus, the Allgäu software company ensures the training of tomorrow's specialists and follows its own philosophy of promoting and qualifying employees itself. Two prospective IT specialists in application development will get a deep insight into the development department as well as be involved in the creation of new software solutions and the optimization of existing SaaS products. One trainee will start her training as an office administrator in the administration area and will actively support the back office.
