Office Manager (m/f/d)

As Office Manager, you will be responsible for all processes and approximately 20 employees at our two beautiful offices in historic buildings, centrally located at Munich’s Theresienwiese. You will also serve as the point of contact for the executives of our 45 portfolio companies.

WHAT AWAITS YOU?

  • As a "Professional Chaos Coordinator," you'll work with a team to make sure that everything in our office runs smoothly and gets done—whether it's onboarding new employees, keeping important legal records up to date, handling tax payments, managing the firewall, or ensuring we have the right software tools!
  • You are the first point of contact for our business partners, service providers, employees, and job applicants.
  • You'll work closely with our boss on projects designed to help us improve—our goal is always to achieve best practices.

YOUR PROFILE:

  • At least 5–6 years of experience in office management or as a team assistant at a leading company, so that you can confidently handle the role
  • Through your business training or degree, you’ve learned to tackle new challenges on your own and have a knack for IT. You don’t give up until you’ve found a solution—nothing is impossible!
  • You’re energetic and driven, love multitasking, and enjoy feeling needed. You enjoy your work and have a cheerful disposition.
