The employer rating platform kununu honors companies with the award every year. The award is based on the independent ratings of employees on the platform. To qualify for the seal, a company must meet various criteria. Since the profile was created, it must have received at least seven reviews with a score of at least 3.8 out of a possible 5 stars, both overall and for employee reviews. In addition, the rating score must have been at least 3.8 stars in the past twelve months and at least two new ratings must have been received. "With 24 new reviews last year and a score of 4.5, we far exceed these requirements," says Oliver Anschütz proudly.
