FORUM Family Office ("FORUM"), through its industry holding company FORUM Software Mittelstandsholding SE, has acquired 100% of the shares of Healy Hudson GmbH, Healy Hudson Portugal Lda and veenion GmbH, based in Wiesbaden, Lisbon and Kaiserslautern (together "Healy Hudson Group"), with a total of over 50 employees.
Since its foundation in 2000, Healy Hudson has developed into one of the leading providers in the field of procurement software for public clients . Healy Hudson's core product is the "German eVergabe", the largest European tender platform by participants with over 220,000 companies and 16,000 registered contracting authorities. Veenion is one of the leading procurement platforms of indirect materials for the public sector in the DACH region.
FORUM's continuation concept provides for a continuation of the corporate strategy in all essential points. First and foremost, personnel and locations will be retained. In the future, the range of services offered by German eVergabe to potential bidders in particular is to be expanded ("premium services"). At Veenion, the specification for the public sector in particular is to be expanded and the ordering platform transformed into a marketplace ("Open Network").
The managing directors of all companies will remain on board and will shape the next growth phase together with FORUM.
