FORUM Family Office ("FORUM") has acquired the majority of shares in MedK GmbH, based in Münster. Since its foundation in 2013, MedK has developed into one of the leading distributors of medical products with a focus on interventional cardiology, radiology and fluid management. Sterile products play a significant role in this.
The company achieved a turnover of approx. 1.0 million in 2022; it is ISO 13485 certified.
MedK expands FORUM's existing medical technology group to 3 companies. Closer cooperation is to continue with our subsidiary MedNet GmbH, which is also active in the Healthcare segment.
As always, FORUM's continuation concept provides for the retention of the existing corporate strategy in all essential aspects.
FORUM invests the assets of a Munich family in medium-sized companies. FORUM's principles in the area of family equity are: permanent, decentralized, entrepreneurial - giving founders an attractive alternative to the approach of financial investors.
