FORUM Family Office ("FORUM") has acquired 90% of the shares of the SoftDeCC Group based in Munich ("SoftDeCC") through its industry holding FORUM Software Mittelstandsholding SE.
Since its foundation in 1998 by Georg Nüssel, Jost Richstein and Ralf Malis, the company has developed into a leading company in the field of learning management software ("LMS"). Reference customers include Siemens and Deutsche Bahn. In 2021, SoftDeCC achieved a turnover of approximately EUR 3.4 million with 26 employees.
The core product of SoftDeCC is the TC Manager, which has also been offered as a browser-based LMS solution since 2018. The learning history module enables companies from sectors with high regulatory requirements, such as chemicals/pharmaceuticals or medical technology, to digitally fulfil their compliance requirements for the documentation of training and employee certifications. The TC Manager is complemented by modules for e-learning and e-testing.
As always, FORUM's continuation concept provides for a continuation of the company's strategy in all essential aspects; in particular, all founders, staff and location will be retained. FORUM will encourage the team to further round off its product range and strengthen itself in marketing/sales.
