FORUM Family Office acquires 80% of Azurito AG

FORUM Family Office ("FORUM") has acquired the majority of the shares of Azurito AG ("Azurito"), based in Root, Switzerland, through its sector holding company FORUM Software Mittelstandsholding SE.

Since its foundation in 2016, Azurito has developed into the leading provider of software for deployment management and planning for fire departments in Switzerland. The cloud-based software is characterized by its modular product architecture with eight modules that can be subscribed to individually or as a system. Through this modular offering, Azurito optimally supports smaller, volunteer fire departments and large professional fire departments in their digitization efforts.

With its software, Azurito complements our portfolio companies in the BOS segment: SSE-Software from Augsburg with its control center software and Pulsation-IT from Berlin with its mobile deployment documentation software.

FORUM's continuation concept envisages the continuation of the company strategy in all essential points. In particular, personnel and location in central Switzerland will be retained. With the planned close cooperation between SSE, Pulsation and Azurito, the business will also be further developed outside Switzerland.

The founder Daniela Obrecht will remain Managing Director of Azurito and, together with FORUM, will shape the next growth phase:
