FORUM Family Office ("FORUM"), through its industry holding company FORUM Software Mittelstandsholding SE, has acquired the majority of the shares of Azurito AG ("Azurito"), based in Root, Switzerland.
Since its founding in 2016, Azurito has become the leading provider of operational command and planning software for fire departments in Switzerland. The cloud-based software is characterized by its modular product architecture with eight modules that are subscribed to individually or in the system. Through this modular offering, Azurito optimally supports smaller, voluntary fire departments and large professional fire departments in their digitalization efforts.
Azurito's software complements our portfolio companies in the BOS segment: SSE-Software from Augsburg with its operations control center software and Pulsation-IT from Berlin with its mobile operations documentation software.
The continuation concept of FORUM provides for a continuation of the corporate strategy in all essential points. In particular, personnel and location in Central Switzerland will be retained. With the planned close cooperation between SSE, Pulsation and Azurito, the business will also be further developed outside Switzerland.
Founder Daniela Obrecht will remain managing director of Azurito and will shape the next growth phase together with FORUM:
