FORUM Family Office (“FORUM”), through its sector holding company FORUM Industrie & Service GmbH, has acquired 100% of the shares in Grün Signalisation Sàrl (“Grün”), based in Luxembourg. The company generates sales of approximately €7 million with around 40 employees and has grown steadily in recent years.
Since its foundation 70 years ago, Grün has established itself as a leading producer of road signs and other products for Luxembourg road traffic. In addition, Grün is also the Luxembourg market leader for the production of license plates and other printing and engraving services. The company is an exemplary family business that is technically up to date and can count on many long-term employees with a great deal of commitment.
The company was continuously managed by the Grün family, most recently by Jean Grün in the 2nd and Jean-Marc Grün in the 3rd generation. Claude Gallina, long-time Head of Operations and confidant of the Grün family, will take over responsibility for the further development of the company as the new Managing Director.
FORUM's continuation concept envisages maintaining the existing corporate strategy in all essential aspects. In particular, both the staff and the location are to be retained.
“After thorough research, Forum Family Office has emerged as the ideal partner for the future of our company. We are firmly convinced that our vision of growth and expansion is in safe hands, both humanly and economically, with Forum.”
