SoftTec GmbH wins double gold at the Tophotel StarAward 2022
Two software products from SoftTec GmbH won the Star Award 2022 in gold this year, proving the innovative strength of the Allgäu-based company.
With the software solutions „IDeFIX Digitaler Meldeschein“ and „CLEO Anfragemanager“, SoftTec GmbH was able to convince in the categories „Efficiency“ (IDeFIX) and „Software solution“ (CLEO), thus clearly standing out from the competition in the industry.
At this year's „Tophotel Star Award“, a jury of experts initially nominated 18 products in seven categories from numerous applications. Around 2,000 readers then chose their favorites – and decided on two software solutions from SoftTec GmbH, which are now among the best products for the hotel industry.
IDeFIX is the digital solution for faster and more cost-effective recording of guest data during check-in and ensures more efficient workflows. Hotel guests can enter their data and the data of fellow travelers in the digital registration form online, via smartphone or tablet, even before their arrival or at the reception. Separate billing addresses for business travelers are also directly stored in this step. The interface automatically imports all data into the hotline hotel software, thereby significantly reducing manual effort, duplicate data entry, sources of error, personnel deployment and resources.
As an automatic inquiry and offer manager, CLEO impressed in the „Software solutions“ category. Guest inquiries and availability requests can be processed fully automatically via the hotel's own website. The automatism in the correspondence ensures that guests quickly and easily receive their desired, and above all, tailor-made offers – without employees having to spend a lot of time on the offers, reminder emails and correspondence with the guests. Booking numbers and additional sales can thus be increased in a time-saving, personnel-saving manner and without additional effort.
