To receive the Top Company award, the company must have received at least six ratings from employees since the profile was created. These must not fall below an overall score of 3.8 stars. Likewise, current performance is a big burr gauge. At least two reviews must have been submitted in the last 12 months, which also must not have an overall score lower than 3.8 stars. "With 57 reviews, a score of 4.5 stars and a 100% recommendation rate, SoftTec exceeds the requirements by far!" says Oliver Anschütz.
