Investment in Therasoft GmbH from Austria

The founders of Therasoft GmbH (product name: "Therapsy") Eric Vollenweider and Florian Leitner have today sold their company to a consortium consisting of Forum Family Office and an entrepreneurial successor for the operative management. Eric and Florian founded Therapsy in 2017 as robotics students with the aim of offering a modern ERP for psychotherapists.

With over 6000 psychotherapists, Therapsy has become the number one in its target market in Austria in just 5 years. The entrepreneurial successor Vincent would like to further expand the market leadership in Austria and achieve market entry into the large neighboring country of Germany. FORUM will provide Vincent and his team with its resources and know-how as needed.

This is FORUM's second investment in Austria. In addition, FORUM is creating the basis for offering a venture lab for young entrepreneurs who are still in the development phase and want to further develop their company in a professional environment with a great deal of best practice. A strong 5th member in our healthcare group.
