Our subsidiary, SoftTec GmbH in Sonthofen, welcomes three new apprentices and another student trainee at the start of training. In this way, the Allgäu-based company ensures the training of tomorrow's skilled workers and continues to pursue its own philosophy of promoting and qualifying employees itself. Two new apprentices are starting in the development area and one apprentice in the system integration area. The working student will also support the development department and further improve the existing products as well as actively participate in the new development of the upcoming SaaS products.
Managing Director Oliver Anschütz says:
I also enjoyed a very qualified apprenticeship 15 years ago and we in the team would like to enable other young people in our company to do the same. We have numerous verifiable examples of great colleagues who learned with us and are available to us today in important positions. This is part of our company DNA and also a basic philosophy of the FORUM GROUP, to which SoftTec GmbH has belonged since 2020.
