veenion is one of the leading software providers in the area of procurement management for the public sector in the DACH region.

The company specialises in e-procurement and SRM solutions that create a network for collaboration between those with requirements, purchasing, decision-makers and suppliers.

The company was founded in 2010 and has been developing steadily ever since.

With the takeover of the company, the focus will be on further expanding the specialisation in the public sector. In addition, the ordering platform is to be transformed from an ordering platform into a marketplace - an open network.

The sale in 2023 was the only option due to the death of the previous owner. Those responsible were looking for a "good home" for the company - especially for the employees.

They have found this "good home" in Forum.
