Tiger manufactures specialized filter elements for industrial compressed air and vacuum applications. Tiger's filters fit equipment from major, established OEMs. This gives operators of such equipment the opportunity to significantly reduce the cost of their spent filters compared to OEM pricing. Malicious tongues call this business model "filter piracy" - we would call Tiger the "Robin Hood of filters": "he takes it from the rich and gives it to the poor." The company has grown steadily since it was founded in 2004 and has internationalized - 2/3 of sales are generated outside the UK.

Founder Gary Ashton sold the company to a Canadian group in 2021, which had to file for bankruptcy at the end of 2022. With the acquisition, FORUM has a presence in the UK for the first time - here we want to do much more.
