SoftDeCC

SoftDeCC GmbH develops and sells the Learning Management System TCmanager®, a web-based software for seminar management, which can be supplemented with individual learning portals for different target groups as well as an e-learning platform. Customers are mainly large companies in the DAX league and medium-sized companies from regulated industries with a need for systematic qualification management. This complements the offering of Kufer Software, which offers seminar management primarily for customers from adult education.

The company employs approx. 30 people and generates sales of € 3.0 million. The proportion of recurring sales is approx. 50% and is increasing rapidly.

The company was established in 1998 by a team of 4 founders, all of whom are still active in the company. The managing director of SoftDeCC Software GmbH is Georg Nüssel. The founders hope that belonging to FORUM will provide support for the strategic development of the company, especially the product roadmap, and the optimization of operational processes, especially in sales and marketing.
