SoftDeCC GmbH develops and distributes the Learning Management System TCmanager®, a web-based software for seminar management, which can be supplemented with individual learning portals for different target groups as well as an e-learning platform. Customers are mainly large companies in the DAX league and medium-sized companies from regulated industries with a need for systematic qualification management. It thus complements the range of services offered by Kufer Software, which provides seminar management primarily for customers from the adult training sector.

The company employs about 30 people and achieves a turnover of € 3.0 million. The share of recurring sales is about 50% and is increasing strongly.

The company was established in 1998 by a team of 4 founders, all of whom remain active in the company. The managing director of SoftDeCC Software GmbH is Georg Nüssel. The founders hope that the affiliation with FORUM will provide them with support in the strategic development of the company, especially the product roadmap, and the optimization of operational processes, especially in sales and marketing.
