gypsilon is a software manufacturer with a hybrid business model: the company offers industry-neutral complete solutions for financial accounting, including a module for the digitalisation of the invoice workflow. In addition, gypsilon offers industry solutions for commercial real estate management, publishing and car dealerships. The founders sold to FORUM because they wanted a constructive sparring partner for the further development of the company. The result of this cooperation is, among other things, the acquisition of BMR Software from Leipzig in July 2021, which contributes a customised CRM system for publishers to the product portfolio.
