FBS Informatik AG, headquartered in Suhr, Switzerland, is an ICT systems provider specializing in medical practices. With approximately 160 clients and 1,200 users, the company, founded in 1996, generates revenue of CHF 6.8 million. FBS sees itself as a “single point of contact” for its clients and, in the event of system failures, handles all coordination between all parties involved—from PIS systems and laboratories to hardware providers.
In February 2026, FORUM acquired 100% of the shares through FORUM Software Mittelstandsholding SE. FBS is now the FORUM Group’s fourth Swiss investment and will continue to be led by Stefan Hunkeler.
