What began with a tender in the licensing sector in Northern Germany quickly expanded to other areas of municipal administration. Today, the company has customers of all sizes throughout Germany.

The sale to FORUM has enabled close cooperation with HSH GmbH. Thanks to these synergies, the group of companies is strengthened, and the products offered can be even better tailored to the needs of customers.

Martin Herber, a software developer who has worked for the company for many years, has been entrusted with the management.
