Magdalena joined FORUM in January 2020 and previously worked as an executive search consultant in HR consulting. She entered the field of human resources during her doctorate at the LMU Munich as a working student at an M&A and HR consultancy. In addition to her work at FORUM, she is a passionate mountaineer and blogs about her travels and experiences.
