PRACTICAL ASSISTANT VALUE INVESTING (m/f/d)

Our competitive edge is based on in-depth analysis with field research (interviews) and a culture of discussion based on facts rather than opinions. WHAT AWAITS YOU?

• Screening of listed companies - usually from one region - for promising investment candidates
• Organization of meetings with the management of interesting companies, documentation of the visits and additional research
• Due diligence of investment candidates through intensive field research and interviews with experts and market participants
• Management of existing investments

You will take part in all team discussions and be fully involved in the investment process. We are therefore looking for candidates who have the following qualifications:

• Business sense, in particular the ability to assess how a business will develop in the medium and long term
• Financial intelligence ("FinIQ"), i.e. the ability to figure out how to make money as an investor from a wealth of unstructured information and figures
• Understanding people and their personalities - especially how they respond to incentives and what you should expect from them
