MedNet has 2 business areas: the trade in components and parts for manufacturers of medical technology products ("OEMs") and the representation of approx. 1,000 importers of medical products vis-à-vis the regulatory bodies within the EU ("EC-Rep"). The company was founded by David Thaler and Ingrid Broeskamp in 1990 and has since grown to its current size of approx. € 12 million turnover with approx. 50 employees. David Thaler took more than two years with the sale and in the end chose FORUM because he sees the special culture and values of MedNet secured. In addition, he expects new impulses in sales.

MedNet is one of the examples where the founder himself created the succession solution in the form of two in-house managing directors. Ole Stein and Matthias Heinz both bring the sales orientation that FORUM expects from its managing directors and are looking forward to now having the undivided responsibility for the company's success.
