GEDAT from Cölbe/Marburg develops and distributes software for personnel service providers. With its product "Timejob", the company is No. 3 on the German market, with a turnover of approx. € 5.5 million. Timejob is mainly used by larger personnel service providers who appreciate the process depth and stability of Timejob with a high volume of data. The reason for the sale was the age-related retirement of the founders. When deciding on FORUM, the decisive factor for them was that FORUM would secure GEDAT's corporate values such as continuity and reliability in the future. With Managing Director Matthias Zimmermann, a medium-sized product has been developed in the 5 months since the takeover, with which GEDAT also offers medium-sized and smaller personnel service providers an attractive alternative.
