The founders of efsta entered into a partnership with FORUM as the majority shareholder in June 2021, as they expect competent support in the internationalization of the business. efsta is the market leader for cloud-based cash register fiscalization in Austria and since 2020 also in Germany. Efsta now offers fiscalization solutions for 14 European countries.
Our common goal is to expand market leadership in Europe, which will primarily involve strengthening digital marketing and expanding the international sales organization.
Matthew has been Managing Director of efsta GmbH since July 2022. Co-founder Jörg Veigel will continue to ensure that we remain technologically ahead.
