The founders of efsta entered into a partnership with FORUM as majority shareholder in June 2021, because they expect competent support in the internationalization of the business. efsta is the market leader for cloud-based cash register fiscalization in Austria and since 2020 also in Germany. Meanwhile, efsta offers fiscalization solutions for 14 European countries.

Our common goal is to expand our market leadership in Europe, in particular by strengthening digital marketing and expanding our international sales organization.

Matthew has been Managing Director of efsta GmbH since July 2022. Co-founder Jörg Veigel will continue to ensure that we stay ahead technologically in the future.
