In the field of private equity, we are the contact for sellers for whom a "good home" for their companies is important: we hold our investments forever and manage them completely decentralised. Associate Private Equity - Deal Team
As a member of our deal team, you will work on all steps of our investment process until closing:
- Screening for interesting sectors and deal candidates
- Direct approach via letters or at trade fairs/congresses
- Analysis of sales offers from intermediaries, further development of our network
- Participation in entrepreneur/management meetings, preparation of assessments, LOIs and term sheets
- Team member in due diligence projects
We are looking for candidates who have gained 2 - 5 years of professional experience after their studies, e.g. in investment banking, consulting or corporate development. Your personality and entrepreneurial DNA are important to us, especially the following characteristics:
- A flair for money and good business: You have a strong instinct for what good business is and how to make money. You have had your first experience of buying and selling or making money in other ways. Privately, you take care of your investments yourself.
- Contact skills, strong communication skills: You enjoy dealing with people. You are not afraid to talk to cold contacts and you can quickly establish a relationship of trust on the phone. In conversation you are a good listener and generate trust.
- Ambition and passion: You are a "hunter" and not a "farmer". You want to build something big in your life or be part of it. Your role models are e.g. Jeff Bezos or the 3G team. Your work ethic is characterised by ambitious goals - you are willing to go the extra mile to achieve them. Behind this is passion as the driving force in your life.
